Wine Mixology Class

Any season is the perfect time for an engaging and invigorating mixology workshop! Gather your friends and immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere with our Interactive Wine Mixology Workshop! Our friends at Salta Events have a knack for crafting exciting experiences, and they've concocted some delicious wine-based cocktails guaranteed to energize your spirits!

Learn to shake, stir, and sip like a seasoned mixologist, while readying yourself to raise your cocktail-making game! This hands-on workshop is a fantastic opportunity for a special date night or an entertaining get-together with friends! You'll master the art of creating three wine-based cocktails, each one tailored to the season, which you'll be able to enjoy throughout the event. The workshop includes all necessary ingredients, tools, and instruction, and you'll walk away with recipes, as well as a treasure trove of tips and tricks for hosting your own entertaining events!

Does the Wine Glass Matter?

You bet it does! If you've ever wondered if the wine glass actually makes a difference, or if it's all just marketing. Here's your chance to see for yourself. Run through a wine glass seminar, taught by one of the lead wine educators from Blanchard Family Wines. You will try four different wines, matched to the exact glassware designed for that varietal. You will taste these four wines throughout the four different glasses as you learn why the shape and design matters and how it affects your smell and taste. Learn how to optimize your wine drinking experience to get the most out of your wines.

Join us a for a wine paired dinner with our friends at Foraged restaurant. Each course is paired with a selection of our amazing wines, paired with the chef-driven menu selections listed below.

1st Course: Ginger citrus avocado and shrimp salad served on crispy okonomiyaki crackers

Wine: Blanc de Blanc Sparkling - Sonoma County

2nd Course: Sea scallop with beetroot calamansi jus

Wine: Chardonnay - Dry Creek Valley

3rd Course: Wagyu served with mushroom demi-glace, herbed fingerling and ginger soy broccolini

Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon - Dry Creek Valley

Dessert: Orange dream cheesecake

Company Happy Hour

Paint and Pour

Join us for Paint and Pour, a time for wine and painting at Blanchard Family Wines!

Experience painting while sipping on wines from Colorado & California. Enjoy a glass of your favorite wine and paint your own composition, or work alongside the instructor!

Your ticket will include one glass of wine, and all materials needed to create your masterpiece. Charcuterie will also be available for purchase during the workshop!

Guided Wine Tasting
