Our most popular classes are available almost every day of the week. Both of these classes will explore your taste preferences and the uniqueness of each individual taster. As we look at the combinations of 4 different wines with 4 different chocolates or cheeses, you will learn how flavors combine to improve or degrade the experience. Learn how to manipulate your dining experience to get the most out of your food and drink.

Celebrate Colorado Gold | Oct 24-25th
Colorado’s premiere wine competition, the Governor’s Cup, has released their list of Gold medal wines for 2026. These are the best wines in the competition as determined by a panel of 15 judges.
We happen to have 10 of these Gold medal wines in our current inventory and are providing a tasting opportunity for the general public. Come sample 10 different wines and have the opportunity to purchase your favorites!

Get into the Halloween spirit with our hands-on cocktail-making experience! Learn how to shake and stir spooktacular wine-based cocktails while discovering creative techniques and seasonal flavors. You’ll mix up delicious Halloween-inspired drinks, enjoy plenty of laughs, and leave with new bartending skills to impress your friends. Mocktails are also available.

Mini Colorado Wine Walk | Nov 15th, Dec 19th
Did you miss the last Colorado Wine Walk, or would you just like to taste through the extensive line-up in a more relaxed setting? We are creating two opportunities for you to experience a huge line-up of top Colorado wines, while snacking on light bites, and with discounted buying opportunities. Your ticket will entitle you to sample up to 20 different wines, all while seated in the comfort of our tasting room. Learn about the wines and the producers and take home your favorite bottles.
