Our most popular classes are available almost every day of the week. Both of these classes will explore your taste preferences and the uniqueness of each individual taster. As we look at the combinations of 4 different wines with 4 different chocolates or cheeses, you will learn how flavors combine to improve or degrade the experience. Learn how to manipulate your dining experience to get the most out of your food and drink.
