Our most popular class is available almost every day of the week. Our wine and chocolate class will explore your taste preferences and the uniqueness of each individual taster. As we look at the combinations of 4 different wines with 4 different chocolates, you will learn how flavors combine to improve or degrade the experience. Learn how to manipulate your dining experience to get the most out of your food and drink.

Wine Wednesday: Wine Taste Sensory Analysis Class

Join us for a guided tasting focused on the core elements that shape how wine tastes: acidity, sweetness, and tannin. We’ll break down what each one does, how to recognize them in the glass, and how they work together to create balance. No experience needed—just curiosity and a glass in hand.
And since this Wine Wednesday lands on Tax Day, we figured the best way to handle it is with a glass of wine. Consider it a small reward for surviving the day!
This is a practical, easy-to-follow tasting designed to help you:
-Better understand why wines taste the way they do
-Learn simple cues for identifying acidity, sweetness, and tannin
-Taste wines with more confidence and clarity
