Our most popular classes are available almost every day of the week. Both of these classes will explore your taste preferences and the uniqueness of each individual taster. As we look at the combinations of 4 different wines with 4 different chocolates or cheeses, you will learn how flavors combine to improve or degrade the experience. Learn how to manipulate your dining experience to get the most out of your food and drink.

Porchlight Wine and Cheese Event | July 24th
6 – 9 PM
Join us for an evening of wine and cheese to benefit PorchLight, A Family Justice Center. A portion of the ticket sales as well as bottle sales from the evening will be donated to PorchLight.
For $63 per person, you’ll experience:

Chadash Wine and Dance | Aug 2nd
5:30 – 8:00 PM
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating 10 years of Chadash at Blanchard Family Wines in Denver’s Dairy Block. Enjoy delicious food, exceptional wine, and special entertainment featuring highlights from the past decade of Chadash concerts.
Each ticket includes dinner, one drink, a live performance, and one ticket to our August concert, H(You)mane. Guests can also take part in a raffle, silent auction, and additional opportunities to support the mission and future work of Chadash.
Wine Faults Class | Aug 6th
7 – 9 PM
How do I know if a wine is bad? Should I send this wine back or am I being crazy? This is really a hard topic to study as you have to have verified faults to examine. Join us to taste through and learn about 3 of the most common faults in wine and when we should send the bottle back. Don’t worry, we’re going to drink some good wine too!
For $40 per person, you’ll experience:
– 3 different wines with noted winemaking faults
– 3 additional proper wines for comparison
– A full glass of your choice to enjoy
Colorado Wine Walk | Sept 12th
